Missing the BVI's flavors? Create your own Jerk seasoning!1 tablespoon onion flakes
2 teaspoons ground thyme
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes or chillies
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons dried chives
Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend to make a smooth paste.

Natural Fireworks! The spectacular Perseid meteor shower will take place August 12th. You can be in the middle of the North Sound stargazing the night sky accompanied by a mellow Caribbean breeze, the smooth sound of the gentle waves lapping your boat when suddenly a silent but bright shooting star crosses the sky. Take advantage of our dark starry nights to observe this spectacular event!

You are on vacations in the middle of paradise and what better way than start your Tuesday morning at the Beach Bar with Mimosas and Bloody Mary's? Choose your beach chair or favorite spot and enjoy our breakfast buffet down by the pool from 9:00am to 11:00am. Remember that all Poker Run participants have to wear their yellow wristbands, they are able to partake in breakfast buffet. You can purchase your breakfast buffet at the Beach Bar for $15. Around 11:30am we will begin with the Poker Run and the Beach Bar will continue with its regular menu until 5:30pm. Enjoy this fabulous day full of fun activities! Beach BBQ will take place at 6:30pm. Don't forget to wear your green band. You can buy it from our wait staff for $25. DJ Profile will be playing his best tunes from 7pm until 10pm!

Another busy week is going to take place in Leverick Bay. The big party will start Wednesday the 25th, where music, food, drinks and lots of fun will be waiting for you! Dance withHeavy B on the 26th, and don't miss our regular Jumbies Night and Beach BBQ on Friday the 27th.
